Among the products we use every day, those that are not only functional but also well-designed and pleasant to the touch are the ones we cherish and want to keep using forever. IBUKI Corporation (hereafter referred to as IBUKI) is a company specialising in mould technology, development and manufacturing, but it also uses its own moulds to develop its own products.　 When we think of metal moulds, the image that immediately comes to mind is that of a rugged lump of metal, but there are many products produced from metal moulds all around us, from industrial products and automobiles to household appliances and daily necessities. IBUKI's moulds are also used by various manufacuteres, and the personal beer glasses produced from the company's resin moulds are said to be as beautiful as high-grade glass, yet more resistant to breakage and more functional than glass, and are an attempt to move beyond the realm of a simple mould maker and give a sense of the future.　 In addition to IBUKI's traditional but ever-evolving mould technology, what is even more surprising is its unique high-definition decoration technology. This technology is used to create beautiful, delicate and well-designed products. Moulded products with ultra-high-definition, high-definition patterns such as those shown on IBUKI's website are quite attractive.　 It is the author's personal hope that IBUKI's technology will be used to create “my-bottle” products that are beautiful, robust and have a heat-retaining function that I would never want to part with. Furthermore, it would be great if IBUKI could collaborate with beverage manufacturers to create a supply chain whereby people can purchase the required amount of beverages in their own bottles from beverage tanks in shops or at work. If this can be achieved, it could play a role in the creation of a recycling-oriented society to come. When I look at their beautifully designed products, my thoughts about the future keep growing.　 I wish the company all the best for its further development. （AS) ***
