The micro actuator, made possible by a high-precision plastic gear with a diameter of only 1 mm, developed by Icams Labs' proprietary technology, has a surprisingly broad range of applications for such an extremely small product. The company's goal is to provide high-quality medical care and health at a reasonable price by proposing new valuable medical and life science devices based on this small actuator technology, and it seems that the company is already making steady progress in this direction.
The company's efforts to develop human resources to revitalize the local community in its home prefecture of Iwate, while at the same time deepening cooperation among local companies, and even looking into the possibility of collaboration with overseas companies, are bearing fruit through the TOLIC organization.
